The Express lane is the best; having this dedicated service option available for those on the go is a huge time saver. They even have handheld bar code scanners that capture all your info from the inside of the door; saving even more time.
When you walk in the door at Honda, just ask for Brian. He simply is outstanding. He really listens and comprehends EXACTLY what you are looking for. He is friendly, easy to talk to, professional, explains things clearly, helpful, caring and fun- not exactly words some may describe in a car buying experience.
