Had a great salesman. That was quick and efficient . The finance talk is the scam. They scare you into buying coverage you most likely won’t need. It almost scares you out of the purchase. I understand the game and that is where they make their money. They have to feed the kids too. Overall good experience.
Staff is very easy to work with, and everything was done in a timely fashion.

Honda of Lincoln is the absolute Best. On my way to Canada my oil light came on telling me oil maintanence was due. By the time I got home it was showing oil at only 5% life Left. I went into Honda right when I got back home. I had another appointment that day and told the service guy that. He also assured me that they could do the oil change and tire rotation in around 40 min and for sure would get me back on my way in time for my other appointment. There was no worries. i was out of there in less than 30.
I couldn't be happier with the experiences I have had at Honda of Lincoln They provide great care and attention to detail in servicing our Honda Pilot. I don't recall the name of the woman who checked me but she was amazing at customer service.
Honda of Lincoln provided excellent professional service.on my 2013 Pilot and now are doing the same on my 2017 Pilot. The employees make the service visit a timely and pleasant experience. The sales department is top notched and made my two purchase experiences stress free.
