Always excellent customer service at Honda of Fife. Their service department has been excellent since I first started going to them a few years ago. I had a major problem on the highway once. Fortunately Honda of Fife was open on a Sunday. AAA towed me to them, they inspected, corrected the issue, and had me on my way in about two hours. No charge to boot! Great experience trading in my 2016 CR-V and purchasing my new vehicle. Team was very responsive to my online inquiry. Responses were personal (not the typical generic sales pitch) and they answered all my questions via email. Came in just after 6pm to test drive and get an appraisal for my trade. They gave me great value on the trade and I was driving off before 9pm in my new CR-V. Both Brittany and Robert were very helpful throughout the whole process.
