This is best car buying experience I’ve had since 2015, easily, and I’ve been through many many vehicles since then. If you want a Honda, this is the place to go. BEWARE! Based on my own experience and the reviews here this dealership routinely employs unscrupulous business practices. Last Sunday the salesperson named ****** reached out to me on email offering a red Ridgeline, available (according to her) for immediate delivery. During that Sunday afternoon, we exchanged about a dozen emails, including a quote for a new Ridgeline, signed by the manager (attached). I agreed to the price and we set up a meeting at 5PM that day. At 4PM I confirmed that the car was available and headed out to Fife a one-hour drive from the place where I live.However, once I reached their parking lot at 5PM, I received a phone call informing me that the car had already been purchased. When I demanded to talk to the manager who signed the quote, ****** informed me that the manager would not be available to speak with me. When I insisted, a person came out and explained to me that the car had been available an hour before, but not anymore and that he really didnt understand what my problem was.

Business Response:

Unfortunately, with the limited supply of vehicles due to chip shortages, we are experiencing issues like this with availability. The cars are sold first come first serve as we couldn't tell the other buyer they couldn't purchase it. We are all in this situation together and would rather have normal inventory levels. We are sorry it didn't work out for this customer and for us for that matter. No one wins here.

Ordered a part online through this store that was mislabeled so the incorrect part was shipped. After months of emails and refusing to acknowledge the error, they provided only a partial refund, refusing to refund the shipping.

Brian B******, Sales Manager, rudely refused to honor a Military Appreciation Discount of $500 for 2018 or newer cars despite the explicit language contained in their publicly available advertisement. I was ready to purchase a 2018 Honda Accord (VIN: *****************) which has never been sold according to the publicly available CarFax and evidenced by the 3810 miles on the car. Despite all documentation, Mr. B****** decided upon himself to interpret the discount however he chose by stating it could not be applied to the car. His unprofessionalism was further evident by his refusal to give me a business card or even his name. I would never recommend this location as long as Sales Managers such as Mr. B****** are employed. In fact, I am debating on filing a Washington State Consumer Protection complaint for false advertising.

Purchased a car, a year later - Need new tires, so go to tire shop - they can't change tires because HONDA OF FIFE DID NOT GIVE US THE KEY LOCK TO GET NEW TIRES. REALLY? YOU HAD IT BECAUSE YOU PUT 4 MISMATCHED TIRES ON IT TO SELL IT. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. THEY REFUSE TO ASSIST. IDIOTS.
