Had my car washed, and though I'm grateful for the wash, I noticed that there were some bad scratches on the back of the bumper. Not too happy.
Stacy was very nice & handled everything fast!
Everything went well from the moment I dropped my car off and when I picked it up the next day. Stacy was very nice and helpful in explaining everything. The only issue I had was when I went to pay for the work that was done the last person I was in contact with was going to be the person taking my payment and she had no eye contact, no smile and didn’t ask me anything. I just think the last person you see and a business should reflect how you want to treat a customer. Very disappointed in that.
These people are great. Well be returning for all of our Hondas maintenance needs. Thanks fife honda.
