I can't say enough good things about the Honda of Fife Service Department. They have earned my trust by treating me with integrity on multiple occasions, even when it meant charging me less money. The first time was when they installed a tow package on my Honda Odyssey. 5 STARZ for Ryan C, a service department advisor, who helped me Navigate a complicated issue with Honda national customer service. His communication with me was fantastic. The service crew did a great job on my latest service needs. They took care of my second timing belt a while back, took care of front struts and tune up next, then helped solve a fairly complex problem with a thoroughness not often found in today’s world. They had to reach out to many different sources to get all of our options in place. Then Collin chased a wildcard all the way to the end, before helping us make the best decision possible. Went to change spark plugs and some belt adjusted, Angel Raj helped with the process and was very professional even helped me with a 20% discount of labour for the service for over 100,000 miles car. Will make this Honfa Fife my go to service Honda Dealers.
