3 hours for an oil change, horrible wasn't even busy
Customer Service was great from start to finish .
The service representative Erwin who assisted me was very helpful. He has a very good customer service relationship extended to me. I just told him that during the last service they recommended for me to do the job which I turn down because financially I was short to have it done and he check the car record and immediately request an express service. I was very please with his work and service. He deserve to have a 5 star on his service record.
