Erwin the Service Rep is very helpful. Always very attentive to the client request and give great suggestions on safety issues. He make sure that the service request was done properly. It's always a plus when your service rep has excellent customer service. More power to Carson Honda Service. Highly recommended.
Must say the service that was done to my car was amazing! Didnt take as long as they say it would it was sooner then expected waiting area was perfect and clean most of all the employees where great ,good communication very helpful walked out satisfied!!!!� definitely will recommend this place .

I went to Carson Honda to recalibrate my front windshield camera after I had already replaced the windshield. They told me the price and after I agreed the took the car. I waited about an hour and came back to tell me that the camera was fine. Said who ever replaced the windshield did a great job not disturbing the camera. So was not charged..Im happy that honest people still exists.
Overall great customer service ! My car is always ready fast never have I waited long for the service to be completed .. The advisor Erwin is very helpful and customer service is great . Im happy with my Honda .
I really like GOIN to this dealership compared to some of the others.. The staff has been very helpful for everything I have done there..
