I was going to be in the area for a meeting and was overdue for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment online the day before and came in at that time. Smiling folks were there to greet me and check my car in. I was offered coffee and snacks in the waiting room. Paperwork was quick. They got me a shuttle to my meeting and called when my car was done and the shuttle came back to pick me up, all timely and very quickly. I was here on Friday and Angel was great, I waited probably about 45 minutes but I got a free car wash. The service was pretty great, and was watching Bones the whole time ��
If you guys experience difficulties with your service being done at Carson, next time go ask for Erwin. He's been my advisor for 10yrs now. So far been really satisfy with him. Always get the job done the right way and also, also tells me what needs to be done first, which one can wait. He should be name employee of the year for such excellent services.

Great customer service in the vehicles service department. Service advisor Erwin did a great job in getting my vehicles needs done and he was very professional and got my service done in a fast and timely manner. Juan the parts manager also did a great job in getting my vehicles parts needed and was very professional and knowledgeable of my vehicle. Good job Honda fam.
