Horrible service and you took my car in yesterday my appointment was at 9 o’clock and get take until 10 AM asked to speak to the manager never came up he was just sitting there being a lazy ass never go back there again in my life 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Everytime I have an oil change which I made online a week before, when I go there they made me wait for hours with all the reasons. Last excuse was they're having meeting right now so my service will be delayed. This is my 3rd oil change and it's been the same. I don't mind an hour wait but more than 2 hours? That's ridiculous!!
I buy 2 new cars in different year, but one at the problem the car honda crousstour 2012 I start have problems with the battery & has a lot problems & hard time to get the battery replace finally they replace on 02/2016 & has sticker 100 month warranty, but I start have problem with the battery on 02/2018 the I go back they try to charge me for diagnosis because they say need to check up battery,alternator & other parts, the problem is the battery they charge me around $153.00 but before I was tell why charge me the replacem... read more
