I had the pleasure of being assisted by Brooke. I was greeted with a smile. I was late for my appointment and she said no problem. Brooke made recommendations. I shared with Brooke since my car was only six months old, I would only do a oil change. But I'll be back for the other service. Javier who works in the Service Department at Carson Honda was friendly and very accommodating. The work was completed under the time projected to be done. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll continue to return to Carson Honda for my Honda Pilots service needs.
This visit to Carson Honda was painless and I felt my needs were met. My service advisor Chris was awesome, he listened to me, told me what was going on and made my visit painless as possible.
