Great service and friendly help
The customer service, I got helped right away from a young lady named Brooke Shelton. I told her about the problem with my vehicle and Right away she helped me and got me out of their less than an hour. She also help me with a part for my vehicle and said she's will call me when it's ready. She also checked on me when I was waiting in the lobby advise me my vehicle Going to be done soon. All day I deal with customer service at my job and I have to say she was on point thank you for your help Brooke Shelton.
The man who assisted was so helpful. I was there NYE to fix an audio issue. He had others assist with issue in a timely manner and found me a snack which was wonderful since I hadn’t eaten all day and he offered to have a recall fixed on my car. Gave me great advice on my original issue that i was there for and if he wasn’t so nice i probably wouldn’t have had the recall replaced that day. I would definitely go back there for my maintenance.

Alejandro was the service technician that assisted me. He was courteous and professional. I was able to wait for the car and make it out of there in a little over an hour. Alejandro explained the work done and the things that did not need to be worked on yet. There was a very cordial gentleman that greeted me when I arrived and was waiting for the service technician. This is a good place to have your Honda serviced. Erwin is very upfront and maintains contact with when the car will be ready. He is always friendly and professional and doesn't up sell. Every employee that I came into contact with is attentive and courteous: porters, cashiers and other folk just walking through.
