Leslie the inventory director is terrible... I made an appointment to see her. When I arrived I txt her I was there she replied, “Hi Erik please ask for Tyler I stepped out to get a signature but he is expecting you.” I saw Tyler he showed me towards the vans then left me because he had another appointment. We literally just walked out to the lot before he had to go. No one else showed up to assist me and I tried to txt/call Leslie back and no response. Very unprofessional all around. almost a month ago I purchased my Honda Accord from Carson Honda. the vibe of the whole place is awesome! everyone was knowledgeable and professional and the whole ordeal was painless! if you're considering purchasing a Honda definitely come here, and locate these people Alejandro, Caesar, and Javier..
