I went to Carson Honda for an oil change. The overall experience was great. Jonathan was my service writer and Derek was my mechanic. Id recommend everyone who owns a Honda to at least go by and share the same excellent service I experienced.
Theyre hospitality is awesome. They were very attentive. I'm a first time buyer and I was very nervous about my purchase but they were super nice

I took my car to get service. I was there no more than 40 min. Jonathan was very informative on what they were going to do and make sure I didn't wait much. Very professional
Always the best service especially when you ask for Tank but everyone else is great at setting up a scheduled servixe, oil change, warranty issue or repair.
I've done my routine maintenance with carson honda since i bought my car earlier this year. They were Very helpful when it came to buying the car and continue to exceed my expectations with the maintenance. I never schedule an appointment because my schedule varies but every time i go in it takes no longer than 3-45 min. Sergio has been a great mechanic he comes out when hes done and explains what he did to the car and gives me an estimate of when ill need to come back for routine maintenance. Thanks Sergio!!
I don't know what the hell happened. Honestly, I'm not even sure they did all of the maintenance my car needed, since it wasn't clear in the paperwork, and I could tell they didn't do some things I asked for--nor did they address this with me--just by a cursory look at my car. Also about an hour later than I was told it would finish, which caused me to be late to my next appt. Really disappointing. Only gave it 2 stars because I've had decent service here in the past, but now I'll look for another dealership for maintenance.

Service ok, but when it comes to service telling you of any other recommendations, yeah that's where they fall short! I usually never know about the recommendations til I am about to pick up my car so by that time it's to late to get them done. Also be careful when using a coupon because they try to charge you the regular price because they over look the coupon that is attached to the service request! The only reason I take it here to Carson Honda is because it's so close to my job.
