Had a very great experience. Garry Was very helpful and easy to work with
An issue developed with the front sonar sensor after a routine oil change. The two service managers, Mel and Cory (??) called me back into the shop and quickly resolved the issue. Not sure how the change and senor issue are connected at all, but the service managers tracked the problem down.
I had a really great experience with Tristan, alongside the finance guy there. They helped me out a lot and made the process so entirely easy.
Did a quick job of the oil change. Still happy with the service group here at Honda of Ames Sales has some work to do on supporting you after your purchase. Aaron does an exceptional job of working through the paperwork with most stuff digitally signed now.
