YES. Everything and everybody was fantastic. a great place to visit, and a friendly atmosphere.
I purchased an Accord Hybrid EX-L with Joe Vizzi's help, the color and style I wanted. He was great at explaining everything, as was the finance officer. A wonderful dealership - a friendly atmosphere, nice building, and easy to get to. I used the Costco Auto Program to get the car I wanted, which led me to Clinton Honda and Mr. Vizzi. I would highly recommend the dealership and the Costco program to anyone. Thanks Joe!
After visiting a couple other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Clinton Honda. It was over an hour drive for me. I probably have more than six Honda dealerships that are closer. In fairness, I didn't visit them all but my first close dealer experience was terrible so I went through the Costco program who referred me to Clinton Honda. I committed to buy the first visit and picked up my new Ridgeline the next day. This is what car buying should be.
I was very unhappy with the reliability of my current car - it had transmission trouble at 67000 miles. So I decided to get a Honda since I have had great success with Hondas in the past. We kept 2 Hondas for well over 200,000 miles. So I went to where we purchased our previous Honda cars. We used Bud Metz as our sales manager and could not be happier. Thank you Bud.
Joe did a great job helping us with a our purchase of our new Odyssey. Everything was completed within 24 hours, and Joe and the rest of the dealership were super nice and helpful.
I would rate this service center 5 stars because Anthony Russo is the best service manager to work with. He cares about his customers and follows through. Great customer service! Easy to communicate with. Always going the extra mile. Hi Anthony, happy holidays :)
Do not ever buy a used car from Teton Honda in Pocatello. They do not go through them before they sell them. 3 days after buying, it stalled in an intersection, the oil light came on, tires were very low. Now they want $600 to change plugs and a sensor and they aren't even sure that will fix it. Just starting there.
I got a text Thank you for asking me to do a review. I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot and was assured the it had been gone through. Just a few days after I bought the Jeep it stalled in an intersection and it was a struggle to get it going. I thought that maybe my I was just getting used to driving a stick again.
