I went in for an oil change and had a few other things taken care of as well. I have to say that Troy Roberts was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Two days later I realized that my spedometer was off and I called Troy right away and he walked me thru the steps over the phone to correct the problem! I was so grateful and relieved.
I have been to the Edison Honda many times and EVERY time there’s an issue. Here there is never any issues and everyone is so nice and welcoming and helpful absolutely prefer this location.
YO YO Financing scammers, told us we were approved (I knew we were approved) and signed contract and 5 days later frantically calling back demanding we return new car or sign new contract with Toyota Financial at a much higher interest rate. Didn’t say anything about returning down payment or our trade in, tried to sell extended warranty but then says the new car has lifetime powertrain warranty.
