Joe made car buying process surprisingly pleasant and speedy. He only sold whatever Costco pre-arrangement with Clinton Honda which was a very contrast to my prior car buying experience. When I bought a Honda Accord at Open Honda 2 year ago, they insisted on selling overpriced accessories above and beyond Costco pre-arrangement. I found the overall service in this dealership to be excellent. And the sales people are superb.
Joe is great to work with! He sold me my last Honda but remembered it might be time for me to upgrade so called me about a newer model that came in. It was the perfect time and a great fit for me. Joe is very easy to work with and gets all the details right. Why would you buy a car anywhere else if you can get such great personal service? The entire staff including the service department is very professional and customer focused.
