Everyone at this dealership made our purchase easy Ed Dake was very helpful during our purchase.We have leased 3cars from Honda North and all were always happy with the results .The finance manager Stephanie Killian explained all the options. highest praise for the entire dealership

I was told the wrong information regarding charges and amount I had to pay for basic diagnostic. I was told my car would need more diagnostic testing done and hub taken apart for sensor harness since they couldn’t figure out what the problem was BUT if that testing led to other issues, I would be liable to pay for those issues. I was told my trunk was fixed but when I got home, it was not fixed. This isn’t a new issue and has recurred 4-5 times and I tried to explain that the main issues were all connected but they couldn’t ... read more

I would rate my experience here as platinum! Feliks Samiter is simply one of a kind. He came over to greet me as soon as I walked in the door. I can only describe my 1st impression as if I was seeing an old friend. He has this way of making you feel instantly at ease. I was flexible and easy on what I wanted. I choose the vehicle quickly. I sent in finance paperwork I came with my trade. I was told would be a few minutes to get back with finance. Over an hour later o finally left. I would look elsewhere if time is important to you.

Paul Sigler was an outstanding advisor and worked with me to get the best product at a reasonable cost for my new tires. He’s always real helpful. (As he has been over the years) John Pene is outstanding as a service technician. IIve been coming to the dealership since 2012 with my accord & last week my daughter bought a 2026 HRV from the dealership. I trust John to work on all my cars.(even my lexus) His ability and quality of work is excellent.
