The people are courteous and responsive. However, I would not presently recommend your dealership for service. 1. Had my 2023 honda passport for less than a couple of weeks. No one has ever been in the back seat. The first time I moved the driver seat backwards,it the plastic rail cover broke. I brought it in, it was looked at my the service advisor and he said he would get back to me. He informed me that Honda would NOT cover the broken piece under the warranty. December 20 sales person Ludgi St-Vil was excellent in responding to questions that I was asking December 26 service was not so good I went there to get new sticker and new registration I was told we don’t have it yet so I call my insurance and they said it was sent at 9:30 AM The same day I received a call at 5 PM saying that the registration in the sticker was there. December 27, I went to Honda North to have my windshield sticker and my registration. The person that took the order for me was excellent.

Great service this is my third Honda, I always go there for service. I found them on rte 1 Danvers in 2002 and have been going there ever since. Thank you lucky.

I must say Ed simply knows his game! I had done my research before walking in. Ed, did not pressure me nor try to up sell. I know what I wanted for what price and he put me in touch with the decision maker and all set in 15 mins! On a personal note, Ed is a really nice guy and well suited for the job. Looking for another car for my daughter in a few months and I am going back to Ed.
