I am very satisfied with the workers at Honda North, Danvers. Lucky Chan and Allison in the Service Department are a great team. My gas cap could not open. The cable to the gas cap needed replacement. Lucky Chan had come to my house to test the problem. When he knew what was wrong, he telephoned Allison to order the part. He drove my car to be repaired. On his way to the shop he picked up the part. He told me it would be fixed the next day. When it was fixed, he telephoned me and asked me if I wanted to have a registration s... read more

These are the reasons we keep on coming back to Honda North. My only sadness is that we missed out on the $2000 promotion that came out after we purchased the vehicle.
