They have the best service department on the planet. Always always extremely honest!!!!!! Honda north has always treated me like royalty. Over the last ten years of dealing with honda north, i've been in a bind on numerous occasions. They have always been there for me!!!!!!! I would never ever take my car to anybody but honda north. I had a very pleasant experience with Sales Representative, Carlos Ortiz. Carlos is very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles, and patient when it comes to the customer. Overall, best service I have had when purchasing a vehicle, and will definitely go back.

I was a little worried when I first got there. I had to wait 2 hours even before they would look at it. But everything after that went off perfectly!! Sean kept his word and they did a fantastic job replacing the headlight unit!! Outstanding!!!
