Had as good an experience as possible buying a used car. Worked with Jared, and he was great. But, wow, even paying in full, the amount of time and paperwork required, is crazy! All together was about four hours. Can’t imagine it’s any easier anywhere else, though. I was pleased.

ROC--I will no longer take my 2010 Honda Fit here because the last time I took it in there they told me the front boots were torn so bad that they needed to be replaced. So my boyfriend who is also a certified mechanic put it up on blocks and took a look at it himself during a front brake replacement and the boots were not torn at all. He thoroughly inspected it. We took photos of the boots to show that they were not torn as the dealership told us.
