Went to Honda looking for a car for our daughter. Sales guys Julio and Eric were amazing but when it came sales manager Robert, he was awful. Very rude and treated us like we were a number on his board. As My husband and I are in the customer service industry and being business owners, we understand that you have to be courteous, respectful and most of all, polite to your customers and he was 150% NOT. I bought a pre-owned Honda certified CRV. When test driving it with my mom and Sales Consultant, Matthew Lee, she asked why the car was making a loud noise. He stated it was because the car/engine was a 2013. Turns out Matthew Lee sold me a car with the a right rear bearing that was broken. So much for it being Honda certified and having a trusting Sales Consultant.

Web-page pre-purchase steps for vehicle seemed to be ignored once inside the store - something isn't right about this place... most dealers will fight with you. Here, not so much.

Went there to see a used Accord Hybrid. But got there after driving 20 minutes out of my way to be greeted by a rude lady that is in charge of used cars and she tells me the car was coded wrong. So a simple phone call couldn't happen seeing how I had an "Appointment". Voiced my opinion to the sales managers one said "what do you want us to do about it" another took my information down said he would get back to me by the end of the week. #nothopeful We will see. May change my rating if I actually get a call back.
