My son wanted a new car so we came here. The sales lady was kinda of pushy for the sale and charge like 700 for paint protection and 125 for locking lug nuts. He didn't want any of that. But were told it comes on all there cars. He was approved with a 14.9% interested rate and a 480 a month payment.But hey were just going to through in tinted windows for free. I had returned a leased vehicle the vehicle I’ve gotten stolen off the lot and called Honda north and spoke to Joel to let them know that I got the police report and do they need it and Joel continued to tell me that I knew who took the vehicle and continue to blame me for a vehicle getting stolen off their lot I thought that was incredibly disrespectful and super unprofessional and I will definitely never go back to Honda north. Horrible experience. Bought my car they got grease on the roof of the car when showing us how to remove the middle seat so I had to drive back out to have the clean it. Spent 2 hours there with my 3 little kids and the first time they said it was clean it was not even close they left open chemical bottles in my car and chemical filled cleaning rags between my two sons car seats that I did not see right away and my 8 month found and was about to put in this mouth. I have been very unimpressed by their service department. Every oil change I’ve gotten there has taken 2.5 or more hours (one took almost 4). Each time they say it’s only going to be 90 minutes but it never is. I went to Honda of El Cajon and it took less than an hour. I don’t understand why this Honda is so significantly longer. Needless to say, Clawson Honda will be getting my business in the future.
Always found their offers way expensive than other Honda dealers in the central valley. Also, some of their sales personnel will show off an attitude, if they can figure out that they failed to talk you into their higher price.
Always get taken care of. Now they order a Lyft to go home and back if the wait is long. Great amenity
