Excellent customer service from Dante & the owner, David!
I went into redline after visiting 3 other bike shops across the Virignia peninsula. Danté was absolutely magnificent, customer service and professionalism like I’ve never seen before. He genuinely loves his job and is incredibly knowledgeable about bikes. Dave is awesome as well, equally as knowledgeable and extremely grateful. It's 5:30 on a Friday. Google hours AND the sign on the door say open until 6. The door is locked and no one is answering the phone. Kinda hard to rate service if I can't get any!
Great experience. I was in and out with a new bike in an hour. Amazing staff, great selection. Dante was super professional and David was also a straight up guy. Good deal, good people.
