Horrible customer service, no smile, no greeting. Unless u pay big bucks to purchase their "genuine" Honda item, or they won't even make a master key for you. Never will I buy anything from them or step in that place again. updated: went back again to get service done since the management made contact with me. I get somehow different (better) atmosphere from the very last visit but still not quite there yet.
I purchased my first new car from them and it was very hassle free! So far so good il come edit this if anything changes. Don't forget people its your responsibility to ask for the carfax and make sure it wasn't in a wreck
I went to do a recall on my Honda paint job they told me that Honda has to approved it and thats was going to take 5 day to get a approved but on day #3 I get a call from them to take it to another dealership because the can do it there why didn't they tell me that from day one I will never go back to them for anything
High pressure sales people here. I was asked several times "what can we do to get you to buy today?" I had to practically get up and walk out on them. Then I got another call the next morning asking if I was still interested in buying the car. I did purchase it later that day. Then I got another call the next day to see "what we can do to close the deal".
Had a great experience here! Quick process. . Michael Mills was great. Everyone was nice and professional. Have returned to service department since and they are great too.
David took excellent care of us in the service department! We will be loyal to this dealership for all our future needs. Thanks for an excellent experience and great deal on fixing our Odyssey!
Good salesman did a great job and got my my car the same day and out the door in 2 hours
Honda mall of Ga has horrible customer service. They don't return phone calls or emails. Also they sell honda certified cars that have been wrecked and they don't tell you. I will never again buy a car from this dealer.
