I've had nothing but a great experience here. Everyone is so nice and helpful..especially Tecia! She does more than just her job. She helped me out in a time when I really needed it the most and I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you so much for everything yall have done for me!
I was here on Saturday and back now because they did not check my car's alignment. They rotated my tires but didn't balance them. Had they checked it, they would have told me that I needed an alignment and needed to get two new tires. To make it worse, the car is a 2016 model and has 30k miles. Now I have to sit here for an hour and a half to get it taken care of.
What a fantastic no pressure sales experience at Honda Mall of Georgia!!! Greeted at the door to a clean and well organized dealership. It really shows how much pride they take in their store appearance. Came in with no expectations and left feeling great! I started the process via email, discussed models, options and pricing. Went the next day for a test drive. After a change in options, new price was agreed to quickly, financing was quick and painless. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and will probably use them soon when we upgrade our other car!
They just faked doing a safety recall to my car. They flagged that they repaired both my middle row seats funny the seats have been sitting in my garage all day. So angry my kids ride in those seats. had I not read the RO I wouldn't have known about it because it's not even published yet and Honda isn't sending out recall letters until next month. Which if they think mines done I likely won't get a letter. Going up there as soon as I can to speak with the manager it's not just unethical it's endangering their customers.
Picking up our 2016 CRV AWD Touring tonight. Loved doing business with Prince Muogbo. He was easy to work with and kept all his promises.
