Donna in the service department is awesome. She takes care of business and is professional yet genuine.

1st time buyer 6/23/2016 Here it is 8/6/2016 and cannot get a tag or plates for the 2013 Pre Certified Honda. DMV says the car hasn't passed emissions???? Don't understand I thought the car couldn't be sold unless it has passed emissions. Now this is my 4th time up here at the Honda dealership and I'm given a different story now..... Finance manager screamed at me telling me he stuck his neck out for me and I "pissed on him", cussed at me, continued to cut me off, and repeatedly told me to "shut up and sit down". Shortly after the GM came in and smiled the whole time while my fiance was sitting there crying and having a panic attack. Worst customer service imaginable and will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB, corporate honda, and penske auto.
I walked around for nearly an hour and no one approached to help. It has an alright selection at best and the sales people are awful.
Second time buying a car from Dino. He and the general manager Stephanie and the whole crew at mall of Georgia are awesome. Very friendly and down to earth. Today they got me and my fiancé into 2 Honda Civics. They really helped us with a trade in. Best car shopping experience in the state.
