They got me in and out pretty quick and advised me of some other issues my car has, but didn't pressure me to let them fix it.
Fantastic people to deal with, Very honest, oh and of course it's Honda they're the best cars in the world.
Stopped over in Anniston while traveling. Had car issues and called dealership. Spoke with Evelyn who kindly worked us in the next morning. Needed front wheel bearing replaced and the service team immediately took it back. 1 1/2 hours later, car fixed. Thank you Lord for Angels.
My parents have used Sunny King Honda for at least 15 years and multiple purchases. I went with my mother yesterday to purchase a 2017 Honda Pilot. She was a little nervous as she is 78 years old and her first car purchase since my father passed away. Ted Towns treated her with kindness and respect. He is very competent in his knowledge of the vehicle and his service was very comprehensive. We will return to Sunny King for future Honda purchases.
Great customer service, don't m8nd driving from Rainbow City. Service was great too.
