Fantastic customer service. Friendly people and always helpful
When you buy a certified used Honda you expect to not to have to buy brakes within a couple months of starting payments - you expect that , that's why you pay more for that vehicle because it's certified... You don't expect to go to another dealership (Rusty Wallace in Knoxville) and be told your rear brake pads need to be replaced... at 3 months of ownership I'm told I have 3mm of brake pads left on the back and 5 on the front... I've sent numerous emails and have been ignored... today I was told I could pay for new brake p... read more

Terrible experience. Sales manager used profanity at us when we caught him in a lie. Horrible, horrible experience.
The folks were real nice and polite ..got our recall on our van done with in an hour ..didn't have to stay up there all day ..
I just bought my 5th Honda from Sunny King today! Ted Towns made sure I got the best deal possible and Eddie worked out a great finance package with extended warranties, etc... at a rock bottom interest rate. You won't find better people or better deals anywhere else!
Sales Manager is too lazy to work with the customer to get the car that is wanted. I found it for them in less than 5 minutes when they were too lazy to find it. He is then still too lazy and wants to rip me off. Don't waste your time here like I did. They don't even deserve one star. Honda deserves better than this.
