I had the worst car buying experience at South Tacoma Honda. I'm a non resident military and attempted to register/title my vehicle in my home state. The dealership refused to do so. They forced me illegally to register/title the vehicle in the state of Washington which was incorrect. I have a brand new 2020 Honda Pilot. It has 3 miles on it when we bought it. We paid over 50,000 for it. I needed a car that was safe, as I drive my grand babies often! I needed a car that was big as I often have 5 passengers. I needed a car that was comfortable as I am disabled and have major back issues. We settled on the Pilot for these reasons. RecommendedI recently purchased a 2020 Accord Sport from George Ftikas at South Tacoma Honda. I highly recommend working with George as he didn’t try to up sell me on anything and was very straight forward on price. George was friendly and professional and made the car buying experience easy. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and anyone who wants a great car buying experience.
We were messed with by Honda of Sumner. So I reached out to south tacoma Honda in an email telling them what we wanted and what we had for a down. So shoutout to George for not trying to do a switch and bait. For being amazing. I dreaded this and he made this they best purchase we’ve ever done. Oh and Cory in financing, he’s pretty dope too. In December 2019 I bought a brand new 2019 Honda Civic Coupe. Long story short, in June 2020 I discovered that the brand new civic I bought was involved in a collision 2 weeks prior to my purchase. (****** report) After reviewing all of my paperwork there was no disclosure mentioning any damage. Had I been told about the damage I would have bought a different vehicle.
