Called to make arrangements to purchase a car. Was told they would sell to me because I didn't live near their dealership and am 2 hours away. This after the car had been on car gurus for 61 days and they had dropped the price over $4k. Doesn't sound like a model for success...whatever.
Helpful, patient, and efficient
On February 1, 2021, I traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma for a 1998 Ram 1500. Essentially, a $35,000 truck for a $7,000 truck. Almost immediately I began having issues. These are issues that the dealership obviously knew about. The Ram has been in my possession for a little over three months and I’ve spent over $3,000 in repairs. My truck is currently in the shop for a third time since my ownership. Mr. ****purchased a 21 year old vehicle. We performed the same used car vehicle inspection we do on every vehicle. After purchase the customer noticed the thermostat was not operating properly. We responded to the customer and issued him a check in the amount of $420 for the issue in goodwill. We would never knowingly sell a vehicle with issues. This is an unfortunate and unique situation. I feel comfortable we did our due diligence in regards to this situation.
