The office and trying to get maintenance is terrible, unreasonable and unhelpful. You can move somewhere else paying less and get way more bang for your buck, and have people who actually help you and communicate. Save your money and your sanity and move somewhere else!! Insulation in these old buildings is terrible and causes power and gas to be ridiculously high for no reason. Water leaks down the walls from my bathroom into my kitchen.
