*Updated 8/1/25 I received a response regarding our maintenance issue (which involved an engineer having to come out to the property) and they refuse to provide us with a copy of the written report so we don't know if we are in a habitable building at this point. Thanks to Alabama law, because the lease doesn't say they are required to provide residents with documentation, they don't have to even let us see the engineer report. Look elsewhere for housing. Don’t apply, unless you have perfect credit score and everyone that lives with you. Expect to pay for an application for each person that lives with you. Be careful, they won’t refund you. Ashley is very unprofessional and talks to you like you are dumb. Glad we didn’t move here.
The office and trying to get maintenance is terrible, unreasonable and unhelpful. You can move somewhere else paying less and get way more bang for your buck, and have people who actually help you and communicate. Save your money and your sanity and move somewhere else!! Insulation in these old buildings is terrible and causes power and gas to be ridiculously high for no reason. Water leaks down the walls from my bathroom into my kitchen. Water gets into the mud room and kitchen when it storms. During a storm my back screen ... read more
