Nony (sp?) at the desk was so helpful when my app wouldn't check us in. Every hotel needs a Nony. She was friendly and caring. The room was clean and spacious! We enjoyed our short stay before my mother's surgery at UAB.
The Hilton Homewood Van was park in the Handicapped space at Publix downtown. I DIDN'T see a sticker hanging plaker.

She is warm, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. Really clean rooms, great location, close to tons of good restaurants. The breakfast could have been a bit better. Those powdered eggs and the pulled chicken for the breakfast burritos were salty and had a weird smell to them.
The room was super and the breakfast was awesome
