Very nice rooms service was ok the young lady at the front desk kept giving the wrong information parking was horrible
My family and I have been saying at this hotel since April due to unforeseen circumstances causing emergency damage to our house. When we started working here, a lady named Shundra was the manager, and she was AWESOME. The staff was great, the hotel was so accommodating, our stay was perfect. As soon as she left and Diane Borkowski took over as the manager, this place has become awful. Overall my stay was amazing. I was there for two weeks due to a water leak at my apartment- First week, on 7th floor (715) everything was good besides some loud kids running around the stairs on the weekend. No close available parking for temporary Housing customers/tenants, & for the Disabled /Handicap/The Elderly!!!!!!!!!!!! No Business Center.!!!!!! Sad!
