Staff was absolutely great to us and made the stay pleasant. The rooms were nice but definitely a bit dirty, like staining on the couches. The pool heater is broken so the water was so cold it's almost impossible to get in and if you do you don't want to stay long. I paid extra for this hotel because the advertised a heated pool so that was a letdown.
Very busy place kinda hard to get in. parking is kinda weird. Front desk clerk is on drugs but the hotel is very nice
We were in town for a show at the BJCC Concert Hall and wanted to stay out of downtown. The hotel is in a perfect location close to restaurants and shops while being close enough to the venue to get there in 10 minutes. The room was big and open and we had a view or the Vulcan Statue from our windows. The room was clean and it was quiet for the most part although the maids room was across the hall and it got a bit noisy in the morning with the door slamming when they went in and out. Nice size clean rooms with extended stay amenities. Good location that is walkable and central to many Bham spots. Acceptable breakfast included. Mostly friendly staff. I’ve stayed a few times. Crowd staying here can be a bit rough. Annoying issues like an incredibly slow buggy elevator and changing parking rules with small spots.
