If you are staying in the Anaheim area this is an amazing hotel. I know the GM. He is an great leader. In an era of cookie cutter hotel chains he has been able to get them to stand out. Being ranked by trip advisor as the #1 family friendly hotel not just in Anaheim which with Disney as a competitor would be an amazing feat, but rather the number one family friendly hotel in the entire US! They were also ranked in the top five family friendly hotels in the entire WORLD! Amazing is an understatement.
We just spent five nights here and we completely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, nicely decorated, excellent shower pressure and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with different choices every morning (the staff working it was always most friendly and helpful). My favorite part was the 24 hour complimentary coffee in the lobby 😉 Regular in the morning and Decaf at night. It was just an extra little perk that made our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back
So disappointed!! Stay was OK, but we forgot to pack a dresser drawer due to a medical emergency. I was told nothing was found in our room and "honestly, they probably threw out anything left behind". Totally unacceptable!!
We stayed here for 6 nights last week and loved it the dinners at night were a complete added bonus my son loved the movies by the pool and the room was great. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
SO nice! I’ll always stay here with the family when going to Disneyland. Beautiful property. Wonderful, spacious rooms. Pool, outdoor movie night, arcade, mini golf and more! The kids were over the moon about this place. We couldn’t have asked for better!!
