Great place to stay while on vacation to Disneyland. Great hospitality
this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, and I even found a few spiders near the bed and the kitchen The bathroom also looked unkept i will never in my life return to this hotel
I had an incredible experience at the Homewood Suites on Harbor Boulevard. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The suite was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed — a full kitchen, comfortable bed, and plenty of room to relax. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and well stocked every morning, and the location couldn’t be better — just minutes from Disneyland and great restaurants. Not a terrible hotel but not the best either. Breakfast was great every day, very basic but it hit the spot. On Wednesday’s they have a community evening were you can get free drinks including wine and beer, and also some food which was good. The staff especially in dining room were always very friendly and happy to help. The room was a decent size with decent amenities but the shower we had in particular had a shower curtain which made the water leak all through the bathroom. Jingya and the other woman in the breakfast and dining area are AMAZING! 10/10 for them and the free breakfast and the room layout. The suite style room is unbeatable because you’re essentially getting 2 rooms. The customer experience from everyone was fantastic! The non remodeled rooms are definitely in need but the remodeled rooms are turning out quite nicely. The only thing I would suggest is maybe double checking some of the contractors work.
