No complaints whatsoever. Homewatch has done a fine job helping me with my daughter. no hesitation about recommending their services. 5 star rating is for their caregivers. Everyone who has worked with my daughter has been A1 outstanding.
Highly recomended! Professional and courteous nurse aides, easy to work with office staff, and all around friendly folks. Definitely one of the better home health care companies out there.
I would absolutely give Home Watch 5 stars. They help my son who is autistic every day. There caregivers are professionals who are well trained in helping people and I feel comfortable with them coming into my home. I have no compliants what soever
Great organization. Home Watch works with my autistic son. Their staff is very prefessional and their aides are fantastic. Lots of people recommend Home Watch, and they work well with my son's ISC.
I had other caregivers, but changing in Yorba Linda was a great move for me, Irene has been so good to me. Each caregiver has been personally selected for me. I do not like getting up for breakfast, I like to sleep in. I can be challenging, been having the same routines for years and the caregiver sent have been sensitive and caring. Thank You Irene for helping this old guy out.
If I were to need assistance with necessary tasks at home I would choose this agency because of their caring philosophy. The administration and caregivers work very hard to make life easier for the clients. Hats off to you all !
Just wanted to give a big SHOUT OUT to all the staff at Homewatch. What an amazing crew you guys have! You have been working with my mom, and all the caregivers youve sent have been great. Stacey has been a godsend, and all of the caregivers have really clicked with my mom so far. Everything from the first meet and greet to the random stop bys the office staff has done has made me and my brothers feel much more comfortable. Thank you!!!
The gals in the office are always really good at letting us know what's going on with mom. Mom seems so much happier. Thanks for all your caretaker's hard work.
Home Watch has been helping me take care of my autistic son, who is now 25 and living on his own, for over a year now. Without Home Watch, there is no way my son would be able to have his own apartment. He would of had to have stayed with me or moved into a facility for the mentally challenged. But because of Home Watch, my son can now live out on his own in the community. He has three caretakers, and they are do an outstanding job.
