Highly recommended because of their caregivers. Have always had a good repoire with their staff who work with my Autistic son with special needs. Laverne and Okuda (sp?) are both excellent and go way above what is expected for their position.

Love, love, love Homewatch! Took me 3 years to finally find a provider agency who shows up and doesnt sleep on the job. Is that too much to ask? Not only do their caregivers show up and stay awake, the ones that worked with my son on the Spectrum have been kind, competent, and reliable. They actually do what his ISP says. I know this sounds snarky, but it's really not. Homewatch has done an outstanding job with my son, and so far, they are the only agency I can honestly say that has done so.
Pleased as punch with Homewatch. They do what they promise and I love the caregivers and people who work in the office )especially Freddie!). 10 out of 10 starts!
Hired this company because of a positive referral from my husband's co-worker. MISTAKE!! They hired a convicted felon to work with my father who has dementia. His criminal history showed a pattern of identity theft and elder abuse! Filed complaint with State of Colorado; their subsequent investigation led to more violations then what my initial complaint listed. Owner did not contact me until I filed the complaint with the state. Ten months later, my family is still having to deal with the legal process in convicting this mi... read more

Very pleased with Homewatch. I use them for my son who has a level 1 waiver, so they only come once a week, but we have had the same caregiver now for over a year (Shirley), and she has been outstanding. She really knows what she is doing, and seems to know how to handle all the paperwork. You wont find Shirley on her phone! She is always doing activities with my son, and he really respects and listens to her.
A fine company Homewatch is. The staff and their aides are all top notch. I just started workig with them but so far they have done everytingas promised and then some.
I like homewatch a lot. They are a real good comopany and they take care of my neighbor who lives next to me. We live in creative houseing and I want homewatch to work with me to because they have the best caregiverrs.
