It's actually very solid for a PATH food stall, and the prices are reasonable considering the location (you will not find a decently priced lunch in the financial district, unfortunately). I think the spicy pork is pretty decent value. The broth is clear, and they give you two spicy condiments, a very good chili oil, and a sauce made of pickled chili. The lineup appears deceptively long but actually takes like 3 minutes. It's actually mildly impressive to watch the staff work, it's almost like choreography.

I genuinely do not understand the hype around this place. There’s meters long line ups during lunch hours. I decided to give it a try this time because the line up wasn’t so bad and I was so disappointed. The beef brisket was all fat, chewy and not edible. The soup base was a sodium bomb. Although, it had flavour overall bowl wasn’t quite in my tastes.

Prices are up but portions are down. They used to give good portion of food, while the price is slightly higher than other soup noodles places, however it really disappointed lately with the smaller portions and higher prices. Only 5 small brisket for a $20 noodle? They don’t even have daikon anymore… I guess they don’t care anymore because there’s always a line up there.
