Marla at the Heights location has been amazing! I had a very affordable storage unit for about a year while I was working away and was very happy to come back to everything being safe! The Lake Elmo facility is one of the best I've seen. I highly recommend it! Thank you for supporting the troops!!

I have used Homestead Self Storage on two separate occasions and both were great. The most recent, I called the 32nd Street West location and they were kind enough to tell me that if I were to use the 20th Street West location, that I would be eligible to receive a certain promotion. From that phone call, to walking in the door, them driving me to the storage unit and reminding me how it worked, to the checkout process at the end - they were great! My family recommended me to Homestead Storage. It was a great experience very clean and easy to access the units. The staff was very helpful with getting a unit that met our needs. Also very polite. If I ever need use of a storage unit I will go back to them for sure.
