Great place for storage. People always nice and love the smileys on your receipts
What makes a storage place stand out heads above all others is the staff and customer service they provide. Homestead at the S. 20th St. location has just that. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We've had a storage unit with them for years and also had one for our daughter the last couple of years. The folks are always friendly and helpful, and access when we needed it was great!!. We've rented trucks from them several times, they are always clean and run well, made our moves much easier. Sorry we finally did some organizing and no longer are in need of our storage units, but if ever a need in the future you will be the 1st choice for us!!

I had a great experience with the S. 20th street location. Amazing staff. This is very secure which I enjoyed as well. It was an easy move in and move out process.
I have never had to store things before and they made my experience such a good one at the 20th street location. I also rented a Budget van which helped immensely because the truck was right there ready to load right at my unit.
Wendy at the the S 20th st location is amazing!! She's been helpful throughout the whole process and never fails to have a smile on her face! My space was well worth the money spent and I'm 100 percent satisfied with the customer service! I will most definitely be going back there for future storage units!!
