This has got to be the worse managemant company I have ever delt with. If you think your going to call and talk with someone think again. They will not call you back for days. Their management skills are awful. Their book keeping is a joke. If you and your homeowners need a whole lot of frustration in your life they will be perfect. WB
Worst management company ever! Don’t buy a house managed by this company, you end up paying high HOA and no one in this company even pick up phones!!!! You cannot count on this company to help you in anyway but taking HOAs!
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT enter a relationship with this company. They have been unprofessional, unreachable, unresponsive and unfair in their dealings with me through a water damage issue. You DO NOT want to rely on them to fulfill their end of the bargain with regard to your home.
Great responsiveness and knowledge from whoever I speak to regarding my homeowner account. I appreciate their patience in explaining my account balance to me.
Homeside Properties are totally unresponsive and unreachable via phone or e-mail. All they seem to do is to generate violation warnings, many of which are not valid and again fail to communicate when you try to reach them. I give them a rating of zero.
This company recently took over the management of a condominium complex in which I own a unit. I have been trying since mid-October 2020 to get them to address an error in my account which was created when they did the transition from the previous management company. It has taken over three months, and the error has not yet been resolved.
Homeside properties continues to both mail bills past the due date and not mail bills at all. And then charge late fees for past due bills. Also, Christi, the property manager, is very rude. If you call with questions about a bill, she will dismiss you and cut you off before hearing you out. After this, she will not communicate with you further. There has been a petition started in my community to remove homeside properties are our property management company.
its almost a year I've bought this condo, im trying to reach the homes owners with questions and concerns i have, they are yet to respond. i bet they i will hear from them when its time to pay the association fee. they love to collect their money but don't like take responsibility. they are horrible,
