Jon was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and just a pleasure to be around. He was also very honest and did not try to sell me something. I did not need. There was no bug infestation, and I am grateful that I got him as my five star technician.
Jorge has been to the house a couple of times and he is wonderful and cares. He is professional, communicates all pertinent information and knows his work. Feel very fortunate to have him making sure the stupid ants don't win.
