These people are HORRIBLE property managers! They never answer their phones. They never give you a new lease. They never stop by to check on the condition of your home that their supposed to be managing. They just take their portion of the money monthly, and do absolutely NOTHING!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Bonnie Hill was very thorough and went over and above what my mother and I could ask for. Her expertise with homes in the Fort Myers area allowed us to sell our home for exactly what Bonnie thought it would bring. Bonnie is detailed, attentive and has a great network to get your house seen. okay - 10 stars Bonnie!!!
