Food was good, prices were cheap. service was fast paced, waiter doesn't spend much time with customer.
Horrible Service. Staff has no regard for customers. Felt totally disrespected.
Horrible! The kitchen staff can definitely cook but every other part of the staff system is ridiculous... I had a waitress who’s face was weirdly covered in dark make up and the poor girl was trying SO hard to talk like a hood rat we could barely understand her... Just sad some of the people they hire.. also pretty sure one of the bartenders is on drugs considering her pupils are always dilated and she’s constantly grinding her teeth just a really weird place in general but the food did taste good..
Just good, classic, southern food. Not flashy, media grabbing, etc. but simple veggies, fried food, and plenty of it. The daily specials keep it interesting from dumplings to dressing to shrimp and grits, and the staples like white beans, turnip greens and onion rings keep you coming back. Oh and did I mention the most expensive items (salmon and steak) are only $12.99? Most dishes are under $10.
Love this place. Never had a bad meal here.
The food was delicious and very friendly service. This was my 1st time and it was worth it. Will be back in future.
Great pancakes. Eggs always served as ordered. Casual and comfortable.
