Well today was the first day my husband got to go to Homer's West and boy was he happy. He enjoyed the grilled pork chop, cabbage and purple hull peas...he said the cabbage was outstanding!!!! It was such a nice late lunch, early dinner and maybe the reason I enjoyed Homer's more today is because he was with me!!! 💙 Thanks Gracie for the great service.
a friend and I decided to try Homer's as neither one of us had eaten here before. We were given menus by one, water by another and order taken by yet another. this one was bleached hair, skinny, jittery and not all there. she scribbled in a pocket notebook our order and disappeared. literally 15 to 20 minutes later. no food no sign of waitress. when she did appear finally. she had never even turned our tickets in. tried blaming it on the kitchen staff. the cook never got the ticket. we were seated in front of the ticket drop... read more
We slummed in at ten minutes to closing time and were greeted with friendly, attentive staff who got us drinks and got our orders in before the kitchen closed, then were completely unrushed with our dining. We were thoroughly impressed with the quick tasty meals we received, but even more so with the great attitude of our server.

I had a chili dog with onion rings, a large garden salad, and an order of jalapeño bottle caps. they were all delicious!
BlackBerry cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream. oh! good grilled chops too. aaaannnnd-- fried jalapeno bottlecaps aka sliced rounds-- dang good and spicy.
Great food choices and customer service is good even when it's crowded and they're busy. Highly recommend.
One of our go to places for lunch after church on Sundays. A great breakfast to boot. Always good food and the specials are probably fed right!
