Me and my husband over the years have dealt with 5 different property managers and HomeRentSource is the WORST. Not only are they unwilling to provide the things they say that they will, they will argue physical evidence. We have it in writing that they will provide the means for us to be able to abide by the HOA laws for our neighborhood. They are unwilling to provide these things, and are wanting US to pay the fine which seems ridiculous.
