Had a tire replaced. Instead of putting the spare back where it belonged, it was placed inside the vehicle (E-350, modified handicapped van) where we have to anchor down my son's wheelchair. Completely unacceptable. Why would you not put the tire back in the spare tire location? Did your mechanics not know where to put it? I brought a FORD van to a FORD dealership for service..............Maybe some training is needed for your Service Team. Actual service date was June 3rd.
Nice truck at market value. Administrative paperwork botched, for attempts to get address correct with Drivers license in hand. 4 hard credit pulls on THE vehicle.
Unsatisfied with service received. Had a oil change, and routine inspection and got my vehicle detailed as well. Waited 4 hours just to get my vehicle back with someone's greasy fingerprints on my back seats that wasn't there before. Had I not already waited so long to get my vehicle I would have complained but I didn't want to take a risk of waiting who knows how long again for them to try and figure out how to clean my seats after they made a mistake. From online assistance to sales person (Ryan Allmon) the service was awesome. I will definitely recommend your dealership. Ryan is a great salesman. And let's not forget Heather (internet sales.) she was always in touch with me and was a great team member. Everyone at Homer Skelton Ford was so friendly and made me felt welcomed. The repair work is good and complete but took one week just to get to my truck 🛻 Dealer said they were backed up but really one week
