Very Friendly and Professional Employees. Answered all my questions and was very upfront with me about what I could do and couldn’t do. Main concern was to make sure I was happy with my purchase. And no pressure selling.

Great place to go to. A good dealership starts at the top. Randy Hart is one the most honest and and helpful people I have ever known. The service department is great; the ladies who work the window, the manager, the service writers writers and the techs. The sales team is fantastic and the business office (F&I) always take care of me. I really never think of going somewhere else.

I was lied to three times from Ford about covering percentage on my tires then the dealership I stalked my tires then wanted to charge me full price they should have taken care of this before putting tires on my car I was very upset and told them to return my old tires back on my car then the service manager decided to honor what ford told me but in the end he lied to I paid half of the price quoted in the further I want deal with dealer again I will go all the way across town first

Maybe I should have went to Quickie Lube this time I've been using the dealership since I bought my truck. But when I make an appointment for an oil change well in advance, and state that I will be waiting on it. I don't plan on spending 3+ hours in the waiting room, like I did with my last visit. If you take the time to schedule maintenance 4 days in advance and are given an 8am time... I shouldn't have to wait this long. Especially for an oil change. Very disappointed with my last visit. We love Homer Skelton Millington. Janet was the best. The finance department was easy and the whole process was very efficient We would buy again from them.

I have bought several vehicles from Homer Skelton. The sales department, service and management is outstanding. Joey Starkey and Randy Hart were sales people I worked with on this deal as well as others. They are what keeps me doing business there

service truck / assess door handle defect not happy with the overall communication at the service shop......left my truck for an oil change and to get my door handles assessed (wouldn't latch correctly) and it took all day.......just upset I didn't get any updates throughout the day and unfortunately there was nothing they could do on my handles but add grease.
