In 2021, i took my truck to get the transmission fluid changed. Being a Ford dealership, I assumed correct Ford Motorcraft fluid would be used. Now 35k miles later, my truck has developed transmission problems. When i pulled out my receipt from Homer Skelton Ford, I realized that not only did they not service my truck with Ford Mercon LV fluid as Ford directs, but they used a bargain brand BG non LV fluid(BG even offers an LV fluid 315 but they did not used it. 314 is regular synthetic). Awesome customer service in sales and in service. Easy to get appointments for maintenance of my Ecpsport.
I have purchased three cars from this dealership in the past three years. I have used our service department twice did everything they said they were gonna do each time.
Keith Miller is an amazing salesman. He really does try to please his customers. He researches and goes the extra mile to fit their needs. We have purchased our last five vehicles from Keith. Michael in finance was clear and easy to understand and answered all of our questions. Our purchase was easy and everyone was helpful.and friendly. We will be back!
Mr. Mike Drew the service manager and Carl the service advisor made sure my problem was handled correctly before returning my suv to me.
Just my opinion I highly don't recommend Homer ford for working on my vehicle anymore. Im not saying that Ford don't sale nice vehicle it's the service after the purchase.
Please understand that what i think is excellent is the Service Department. if i had to leave my car there they made sure i got a rental. i can't say much for the Salesmen. when i bought my 2020 Ford Edge i felt rushed. i was nervous and the salesperson (to me) rushed me along hoping i would not change my mind. i was already nervous about getting a new vehicle with a high note. i only have two more notes to go on my 2016 Ford Edge and what i should have done was just try and finance the work that needed to be done which is f... read more
