Roger was INCREDIBLY thorough. He took the time to explain some of the larger concerns to us so that we wouldn't get confused by the report. He looks at everything inside and out, takes pictures which he included in the report, and just made the whole experience easy. He was polite, on time, and professional. I had inspected my future home inspected by Roger. I used him because my boss had used him and he was very pleased with his inspection. His report was very detailed, with photographs and suggested fixes and it included a summary of the things that needed the most immediate attention.
