Very unfair business practices !! We did not asked for 3 years contract, Sales man named " Tim Pierce" intentionally lied to us about the contract and forcefully put us on contract. Installed the service last week (09/25/2019) and get off from contract (10/02/2019) with the settlement charge. 😣 I would never recommend to anyone, this home security/monitoring service will rip off the people, please STAY AWAY from HomePro !!!
I had a great experience with your Director of Customer Experience, Bob Vry when he called yesterday. We got all issues resolved in a timely manner. It was great working with him. He was knowledgeable, polite, kind and spoke clearly. Overall, he was a great guy and I only wish that everyone that called was like him. It left me with a good feeling. Joe Friedman👴🏻😊👍
Clarrisa was very helpful and answer all my questions that i was needing assistance with. She went as far as texting my husband the step by step instructions on doing the power cycle for alarm and even sent us pictures on what to look for!
