I have been stuck with them in a contract for 5 years, If you want to move or leave then you have to pay the whole remaining amount. do not recommended at all
Customer service is the people on the phone had no understanding what you need I also was told canceling wouldn't be a problem I'm contacting better business associates. ALSO MEDIa no one cares but they take your money every month. Service is poor poor they never call back in timely manner.
HomePro Operating, LLC is a predatory company that preys on unsuspecting consumers with its unethical business practices. If you're considering their services, think again. Be careful not to sign contract with these guys is a trap equipment never works right every time you have to pay for their faulty equipment
On 07/21 HomePro monitoring service stopped. On 07/22 I reported issue and was informed supplier caused outage and working to resolve. Rang 09/06 to ask for prorated refund as per contract. Told they would have to charge me circa $95 to come out and repair. I said for what, your issue, and you take my money? I just want to start off saying Kathleen D is such an outstanding person and awesome person to talk to. She answered all the questions that I had and had me worry free with everything she was showing me and telling me about. I had very bad experiences with this company. As per initial signed document they forgot to provide wiring on the backside home for security cameras. Before closing date I noticed they missed out. Then they broke the walls and did that after lot of follow-ups. Sales person Stephen not provided correct information and hided critical information about entering into 3 years contract.
